With the Premier Home Staging Package, we stage additional rooms beyond the core living areas — often including secondary bedrooms, a home office, or enhanced dining and styling features. The result is a more complete buyer experience. Instead of just showcasing key rooms, the property feels thoughtfully designed from room to room, helping buyers emotionally connect with the lifestyle the home offers. Furniture selections are elevated, with layered styling, enhanced accessories and more detailed finishing touches. We focus on scale, balance and premium presentation to ensure the home photographs beautifully and stands out online. In today’s competitive market, buyers scroll quickly — and Premier staging is designed to stop them in their tracks.

All furniture and accessories have an agreed staging term of 8 weeks, with extension options available if needed.

Gardens, conservatories are quoted separately.
